We will begin our time together with a brief overview of the Chakras and then move into an opening meditation to begin awakening and activating the seven Chakras. This meditation will promote the clearing and release of any traumas. 

CBD will be offered as an aid for relaxation and essential oils specific to each Chakra will be offered throughout our restorative practice. 

A Restorative yoga posture will be taken for each of the energy centers during which you will be bathed in the light and sound frequency specific to each Chakra. Additionally, Reiki healing will be offered along with the use of crystals, tuning forks, and the heavenly sound of a crystal pyramid.

Handouts will be provided as well as a special gift to take with you on your healing journey. 

Renee Napolitano is a Reiki master / Holistic Intuitive Healer, Musician, Aura photographer, and owner of Embracethehealing.com  (https://embracethehealing.blogspot.com/2018/04/excited-to-be-starting-my-holistic.html) who lives in the seacoast NH area with her husband of 33 years. Rose Schieck is a Yogini Mama, Health and Wellness Coach, 200hr Yoga teacher, compassionate creative soul and lover of all things local. Most recently Rose has followed her own path of healing to become a Level One Energy Medicine Yoga teacher and has been attuned to Reiki levels I & II.  Rose is also the owner and operator of Mamaste Well (https://www.mamastewell.com/) a Mama on a mission to see all Mama's shine their light and live well.
